Smuxi

Many of the default values in a fresh config should be fetched from the environment, like login name, real name, some well known IRC servers/networks (IRCnet, OFTC, freenode, etc), #smuxi as auto-join channel. The first start druid should be removed, you can switch to remote engines easily enough from the menu and also add remote engines.
