Description
Being kicked of a channel and rejoining (with /rejoin) a few hours later does not load user-list. The channel is entered, Writing is possible and new entering people will be listed. But only a second rejoin will bring complete user-list back.

I think this is the same issue as see in #132, but I don't think the /rejoin command is triggering it, it's fixing it instead. But automatic rejoins say after an reconnect to the IRC server is triggering this issue.
