Description
I can't seem to find a way to list all the channels in a server.
Normally you would '/list'
System : Ubuntu 10.10
Smuxi 8.0

The channel list on IRC can be seen using Chat -> Find Group Chat from the menu. To avoid confusion I will make a /list command which opens that dialog.
