Description
The way it is now:
1. I am logged into irc.mycompany.com as "josh"
2. I am logged into chat.freenode.net as "agliodbs"
3. If anyone says "josh" on chat.freenode.net#postgresql, I get a notification
4. If another user named "josh" on chat.freenode.net#postgresql speaks, I get a notification.
The way it should be:
I should only get notifications for the nick I am using on a particular server.
Also, I should never get notifications for a string that's in in another user's nickname.
