Description
I deleted two channels from the auto-connect list (several days ago), but after a reconnect those channels were joined automatically again.

Smuxi should not join channels, which have been removed from config file even though smuxi-server was not shutdown after the change of config file

The protocol manager needs to invalidate his ServerModel instance and reload from the config when the config was changed or when it reconnects. This only applies to saved servers which it can tell if the ServerModel has an ID or not.
