It would be really cool to have an option to disable filters without deleting them.

Scenario for which I would have found it useful today:
Someone is trolling around in a channel. The joins/quits are currently filtered out so only by looking into the user list or watching the log on disk I was able to see whether the guy rejoined.

In that situation it would have been cool to just uncheck a checkbox to activate/deactivate the respective filter in the settings and a day later it could be reset without the need of typing the regex again.
