Description
The output after changing the channel topic is mixed up for german translation (As far as i know of)
Example Output:
21:45:19 -!- Crebiz hat das Thema von #Channel auf geänderttest2
The new topic is behind the string and not at the foreseen position

Well. I still have a problem with this duck
18:31:07 -!- nutzer hat das Thema geändert: von #Channel auf "Dies ist ein Topic"
Using this sentence it suggests that behind von must stand the topic before the change. And not the channel where it happened

Sorry,
I translated it wrong and therefore mixed up the oder.
{0} hat das Thema des Kanals {1} geändert auf: {2}
<user> hat das Thema des Kanals <Kanal> geändert auf: <Thema>
Meebey still needs to include the change though.
