Description
Right now the currently used IRC nickname is not very visible. The nick can only be seen on the servertab watching the usermode change "-!- Mode change [+i] for user meebey", when joining a channel "-!- meebey [meebey@123.123.123.123] has joined #smuxi" or when saying a message. Instead Smuxi should always show the currenly used nick on the label of the IRC server tab, just like the Twitter support does.
At the same time a new and better format should be used for IRC and Twitter for consistency:OFTC/meebey GIMPnet/meebey Twitter/meebey
This could be even further enhanced in the future by using protocol specific icons, then the "Twitter" part could be removed for example.

One issue is that the nickname can be changed on IRC while the tab name currently can't be changed.

Another idea might be to display the current nick in the status bar at the bottem next to the joined network or in the window title.
