Description
Whenever a user enters File->Preferences (or any tab therein, for example via Server->Manage), there is a period of unresponsiveness, especially for slow/high latency connections while the prefrences are being loaded/saved. Add progress bars to indicate that something is really happening instead of the user having to wonder if his frontend has crashed.
