Description
The plink tool allows to pass a SSH password as parameter, the Engine assistant should allow to set a SSH password if plink is used (present).

Added SSH password field to remote engine assistant which is only visible if plink.exe is present (as OpenSSH doesn't support passing passwords via command line). (closes: #208)
