Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a twitter chatview.
2. Issue /timeline foo command. "foo" child chatview opens.
3. Right click on the "foo" element on the left-panel tree view.
Current results:
You only see the option "Close".
Expected results:
The command "Follow" should be present in the list as well.
